    There were wheelchairs like that done in the 80's; Europe has had them for years.  NOTHING TO SEE HERE, LET'S MOVE ON!  IMHO, this pictured one is NOT a S A F E chair, unless this is just a demo.  IF THAT IS THE CHAIR?? I'm not getting one!  Not only because this one above is not safe but it will probably cost more than any insurance will pay for and I doubt if very many handicapped people have the money for something like this.  Organizations will buy them, but only for their Rich Clients, not the poor Medicaid clients.
