    A mental health emergency is still an emergency, and there are no emergency rooms for mental health alone. Yes, the mental health treatment system is totally inadequate, but that isn't going to be much improved very soon. Meanwhile, emergency room doctors should be trained in how to treat mental health emergency visits.
