    One likely source for most people is our municipal water supplies because municipal water tanks are typically lined with BPA-based epoxy.  Besides the BPA continuously leaching into the water, the tank linings deteriorate over time and particulates also enter the water supply.  Then the tanks need to be drained, scraped and cleaned, and then re-lined with ... more epoxy.

    Unfortunately, this source seems to be basically off the radar of scientists, the media and the public.  If any studies have been done on BPA in municipal water supplies, I haven't been able to find them.  Hopefully some studies in progress, or soon will be, so we can learn more about this.

    It seems that it has become almost impossible to avoid ingesting BPA.
