1. what about tribunals now

    when finally able to draw SS Disability after 2-yrs a lawyer and my 1st Tribunal, i was told by SS that another Tribunal would be held around my birthday this year, and that my SS Disabilty money would be witheld for 4-5 months during this process of the 2ond Tribunal. is this still going to happen and how do i pay for all my medications and bills?

    the illnesses i have are considered pre-existing conditions, so does this fall under the new health care bill as a pre-existing health condition now? and will i have to do this process all over again? and do i need to hire another Lawyer again?
