    Amino acids are not amino acids without Nitrogen, yet this article does not state this. Without Nitrogen, it is not an amino acid.

    "Collagen is a protein made up of amino-acids, which are in turn built of carbon, oxygen and hydrogen."

    Since this statement lacks Nitrogen, I seriously doubt the credentials of this "doctor."
