1. Who cares if shareholders profit?

    If patients can see a doctor sooner and get a better quality of care for a lower cost, who cares if there are shareholders profiting in the background? You should be thankful for those shareholders willing to risk their own money to turn around a hospital that currently loses millions every year and is a drain on public funds.
