    I wonder if they have factored in the large popularity in Ecstasy compared to meth or speed. It is cheap and plentiful and has widespread use. If this is the case then saying its more "deadly" for young fit people is a bit like saying cars are more "deadly" than motorbikes because more people die in car crashes. They would need to have accurate drug usage levels statistics or an accurate survey of users to make any sort of inference that it was more deadly simply because more young people died of it.
