    Believe you are behind times in your article. Are you not aware that a very large percentage of people/elderly live in poverty with or without social security according to national guidelines !!!! And congress keeps taking more from the people and giving it to themselves !!! What kind of government is this? So out of touch with needs of WE THE PEOPLE !!!
