    An aphasia and a left hemiparesis following a convulsion that ensured from an angioedema of the neck and lower jaw following an insect bite to the chin of a 9 year old boy presenting in the hospital after a week of the incidence, could most likely be an infective embolic following the bite or is it just a coincidental finding? And what's the likely prognosis of recuperation?
