    If a Transsexual is living in conditions which allow enough comfort to be out to family, there is more support to be out at work.  Could these set of stress and distraction reducing conditions be what makes things more satisfactory at work?  Being forced to hide oneself is mentally and emotionally taxing, but also requires time and thought taken away from tasks to preserve the protective mask.  Please, we do need these studies, but I doubt that simply coming out will make all Transsexuals more satisfied at work.
