    Animal studies show the same hypo and hyper connectivity after neurotoxic exposure. Maybe it could be that the relatives all live in the same lead paint house, same town with a pollution facility, or around the same source of neurotoxic exposure.  Relatives, you know, generally live close to each other!  A step in the right direction but stop blaming the family for injury to the brain.
