"Gallo recommends sit-ups, leg raises, and adduction and abduction machines, which can all help strengthen core muscles. Leg presses can be beneficial in building strength, but he suggests avoiding extension machines and exercises where your feet are off the ground".
Off the ground?? When one does adduction and abduction machines the feet are usually off the ground. What OTHER exercises should be avoided? WHY not do extension machine? I thought extension stregthens quadriceps and strong quadriceps protect knee.
