My mother has been diagnosed with bladder cancer... when the cancer was found she was in tremendous pain due to bleeding nodules in her bladder the doc have her pain meds and scheduled the treatments the week after. I've read this is bad as the tb cad get into the blood stream, doc said not to worry. Her third treatment was postponed  due to a urinary infection to with she was given antibiotics for. Now her fourth is postponed due the flu,  the nurse told her to get tested for an infection and would call her with the results to hopefully continue on thursday instead of Tuesday... but was unreachable all day wensday and never called back! Is this the norm? I guess people never die from bladder cancer, or are truly in danger from treatment side effects thats why the doctors are so nonchalant about treatment and the cancer in general. ........
