I have met very few doctors that really care if a patient gets "high" from their medication if the medicine works.

In fact, the only doctors and researchers I have found that think marijuana should be kept off the market are doctors working for the federal government and trying to protect their research grants or they plan on making a medicine from the chemicals found in marijuana and it wouldn't do for people to grow their own in their back yard.
