    My 12 years old son has GSD type 1a, it is hard for doctors to draw blood from him, too. His veins are so tiny, that is the reason why. Sometimes it is easier if they try on his hands. Every time they are going to draw blood from him, he ask them "Are you a good poker?"

    My son eats everything by mouth, even his corn starch. When he was little he had problems to swallow, but Thank God now he is fine. If somebody have questions or comments about this disease, feel free to contact me.
