    Aged 71, underwent spine surgery (laminectomy) on l4-l5 disc about an year ago  still has  heaviness in legs.Brain MRI shows lacunar infaract and a neurologist told that there are a few signs of parkison plus disease and have given medications like parkitidin, pirnaulin and rivastigmine  for it but the heaviness in legs hasnot come down. Not sure whom to contact now? neuro surgeon or a neurologist or a spine doctor
