I have written, signed, and sent the following statement to Mr. President, Eric Holder of the Justice Department, and The Supreme Court Justices of the United States, the following:

Your Honor:

U.S. Constitution - Article 1, Section 8: "The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;"

Health insurance is a matter of survival--it is a necessity for everybody; this fact cannot be denied; since it is a fiscal responsibility, in order to mandate doing away with pre-existing conditions which currently prevents people from having health insurance - a large body must participate in said insurance  - thereby providing general Welfare (health care) of the United States - mandating obligatory health insurance fulfilling Article 1, Section 8, of the United States Constitution, for the physical health, prevention of diseases and disabilities, provide treatment, and fiscal security of the Nation and her hospitals."
