    Unfortunately nothing new about protection against HIV with therapeutic or immunization vaccines. So called "broadly neutralizing antibodies" are not able to do this job because, first, they are monoclonal ones against a few virus envelop protein configuration, and even a single HI virus particle has hundreds of such configurations. Second, well-tolerable and non-toxic therapeutic antibodies can be only recombinant ones, those, that work 50-100 times worse then animal antibodies used for medical diagnostics in situ. Therefore the effectiveness of such neutralizing antibodies for the patients is almost equal to zero.
