Yes I think there is and I suggest circumcision whatever religion you are Jewish and Arabs had ancient wisdom and did circumcision for a reason to control disease when no cures existed and diabetes is a problem as immune system deficient!!!

    Yes there is many instances when it would be medically necessary. You sound like someone that doesn't have it cut, and probably has gotten made fun of because of that.
