    The only reason you are seeing a reduction in cigarette purchases is because CVS doesn't sell them anymore duh! The reason more smokers have quit has less to do with "counseling" and patches {which have a 6 % success rate} {what success?} than the widespread availability of ecigs. Vaping makes it painless to quit smoking and gives those who really want to stop a viable way to make the switch to vapor products. There is no second hand vapor or exposing bystanders to any harmful chemicals as some like to believe.
