    I had a surgery after a diagnosis of a prostate cancer followed by a treatment with DECAPPEPTYL L.P. 11,25 mg. I am having an injection every 3 months. Since then and specially for the last 6 months a have not get any erection. On the medical file, It is just indicated "prostatotecmie". Does it mean that I will never recover erections? Are there treatment against lack of erection following this type of operation? Thank you for your assistance.
