    I agree....many more factors could have been a cause as well....if they were using artificial sweeteners then there's a good chance many were diabetics ...then you have to ask how controlled was their diabetes..in addition to high cholesterol that often correlates w diabetes...and how well/poorly had that been controlled for the past 20- 30 years....and smoking?.... Erythritol was approved over 20 years ago and they're just now trying to say this 💁
