Martek Biosciences Corporation (Nasdaq: MATK) announced that it intends to release the results of its third quarter of fiscal 2009 on September 2, 2009, at approximately 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Following the release, at 4:45 p.m. ET Martek will conduct a conference call to discuss these results with investors.
