Based on feedback from their national client base of Public Health Agencies and First Responders, Upp Technology has added significant enhancements to its already award winning irms|EM (Emergency Management) software. The new irms|EM product enhancements streamline the order fulfillment and distribution process of H1N1 vaccines and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to partner agencies, private facilities, as well as, the general public.

"Our collaborative, hands-on approach to business allows us to understand our client’s mission and provide them with sustainable business value,” said Carl Brewer, President of Upp Technology. “With 10 states slotted to complete the upgrade in September, irms|EM will be well positioned to handle the upcoming H1N1 vaccine distribution."

Significant among many new features is a streamlined order entry process and Decision Support System (DSS) to facilitate large scale pushes of vaccines, antiviral, and PPE’s to many destinations. Other enhancements include a robust set of filters for grouping, releasing, and prioritization of orders by state, region, county, city, or provider. New dashboards provide real-time graphical visibility of the order fulfillment activity giving management cutting edge analytical tools to gauge ongoing performance. Import tools and reports have also been bolstered, and changes have been made to the mobile platform to strengthen performance and add more robust patient management and dispensing capabilities.
