As a member of the Michigan Public School Employees Retirement System I am somewhat concerned about our new drug provider after being very satisfied with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.  Could you provide me with some assurance that we are going to get the same outstanding service as in the past. Thank You, Earl Eliason

I am a member of Michigan Public School Employees Retirement System. As of 6/7/10 I have been stonewalled by Catalyst Rx. For about 20 yrs. I have had an Rx for migraine headaches filled by BC/BS. Over the objections and appeals of my doctor, Catalyst Rx has limited my access to this medicine to the point that I am forced to go to the hospital emergency room for treatment with the same generic drug. Meanwhile it took 45 days to send me a copy of the fax they sent to my doctor, and they still have NOT sent me a copy of their appeal procedure.
