that one of the largest
pharmaceutical companies in the world has elected to capitalize upon
Proscape's market-leading software platform as the key component of their
global sales and marketing strategy. An end-to-end CLM solution, Proscape
CLM6™ software enables customers to reach their full competitive
potential by driving more effective, multi-channel customer interactions to
generate significant cost savings and improve overall company performance.
Working in concert with Proscape for more than five years, the customer
currently has Proscape's software platform deployed across the U.S. and in
target markets in Europe and Asia. Upon execution of the enterprise-wide
deployment, Proscape's software will be running in every market worldwide
on tens of thousands of employee computers, representing approximately 50%
of the customer's global employees. The entire global field sales force
will use Proscape software to detail doctors, while the brand marketing,
medical and regulatory teams will use the ShowReviewer™ module to
support distributed, multi-user, review, comment and approval processes for
interactive, CLM content. In addition, local market users will create and
manage high-quality content using the Content Design & Packaging Suite,
which reduces the time, effort and cost associated with content creation,
supports content localization and streamlines the assembly, review and
revision process to support the execution of all critical requirements of
content creation.
The global deployment will impact the entire customer organization and
ensure significant results. These include higher sales resulting from
consistent physician e-detailing; greater insight into doctor attitudes,
behaviors and needs; and millions of dollars in annual savings by creating
and maintaining all global creative content using Proscape tools.
