IB-Salut, a long-time Picis client, has been utilizing Picis solutions at Fundació Hospital de Manacor, Hospital Comarcal d’Inca, Hospital General Mateu Orfila and Hospital Son Llàtzer, the pioneering health center in the region. “The experience of the hospitals that are already using Picis solutions was an important factor for expanding the software installation, especially the high level of user satisfaction among clinical staff who work with Picis solutions daily,” said Dr. Luis Alegre Latorre, Corporate Executive Director of Medicine and IT at IB-Salut. “Picis has a deep understanding of the particular needs of these care areas and is the best choice for helping our health professionals provide better patient care in high acuity.”

Critical Care Manager and PACU Manager automate the critical care flowsheet and postoperative record, respectively — helping nurses and physicians to better manage the complex and diverse data generated in the demanding recovery and critical care units.

Other European regional hospital networks that have implemented Picis solutions on a large scale include eight hospitals within the Madrid Health Ministry, 11 National Health Service (NHS) hospitals in Greater London, three facilities as part of Helsinki University Central Hospital, and six hospitals in Helse Midt region in Norway.
