The new site provides investors with a comprehensive resource of
easy-to-find information, enabling them to stay current with
developments at Prospect.
Contents of the site include access to Company press releases, investor
presentations, links to the Company's Securities and Exchange Commission
filings, and stock quote information. A user-friendly navigational tool
bar allows investors to view the contents of the site and quickly locate
the information they need. Investors can also sign up to receive e-mail
alerts. The Company developed this new investor relations portal to
significantly enhance communications with stockholders and the
investment community interested in following Prospect’s growth as a
cost-effective provider of quality healthcare services throughout
southern California.
In addition to real time access to public filings, stock and corporate
information, the “PMH Spotlight” section of the new web site will
provide access to select Company events, as well as timely information
and analysis regarding relevant government policy and industry insights.
