Emerging Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EHSI) disclosed today that Stand-By Systems has favorably completed their US Government Central Contractor Registration and is now eligible to sell their breakthrough products to the federal government. EHSI has verified the federal eligibility as part of their due diligence related to an option with Stand-By Systems (SBS), owner of the FDA approved SBS 1615 catalytic oxygen generator and associated systems. The option agreement allows EHSI management to perform due diligence prior to finalizing a definitive agreement.
As part of its marketing strategy, SBS has identified the Department of Homeland Security as a very likely candidate for potential purchases of the SBS proprietary emergency evacuation systems. According to SBS, their systems are superior to products that current providers are selling to the federal government for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) emergencies and disaster response. The SBS product line includes the LIGEDGE®, MAYDAY®, and CAMOX systems as well as the SBS 1615 catalytic oxygen generator.
SBS believes that the US Government, its departments and the US Military represent a very desirable market for its entire product line. SBS has also compiled a strategy to sell its products to the civilian use market as well. According to the SBS Business Plan, their product line has the potential to provide multi-billions of dollars in revenue annually.
