HealthCare Appraisers, Inc. (HAI) announced today that the firm has opened a new office in the Philadelphia area. The new office, in Wayne, Pennsylvania, is part of HAI's continued office expansion to provide fair market value (FMV) analysis and valuation services to the healthcare and life sciences industries nationwide.

“I look forward to a continued and enhanced relationship with our existing area clients. The Philadelphia area serves as an excellent resource for additional professional talent and also is a geographically desirable location for our continued growth plans in the northeastern U.S.”

Fred Lara, Principal with HealthCare Appraisers, heads up the new office and relocated to the Philadelphia area from the firm's Delray Beach, Florida headquarters.

"We are happy to have one of our existing Principals, Fred Lara, open our newest HAI location to complement our locations in Delray Beach, Denver, Dallas and Chicago," noted Daryl Johnson, HAI Principal. "While our practice has been national for quite some time, we feel that the addition of this location can only improve the service we can provide to our existing clients in Philadelphia, the Delaware Valley and New Jersey," continued Johnson.

With a thriving concentration of healthcare providers and pharmaceutical companies, the Philadelphia area is a natural for HAI to establish a satellite office for its healthcare FMV analysis and valuation services.

"As a native and longtime former resident of the region, I am happy to return to the Philadelphia area for both personal and professional reasons," said Lara. "I look forward to a continued and enhanced relationship with our existing area clients. The Philadelphia area serves as an excellent resource for additional professional talent and also is a geographically desirable location for our continued growth plans in the northeastern U.S.," he noted.
