IPC The Hospitalist Company, Inc. The practice has an annualized volume of approximately 11,000 patient encounters. The owner, Hamidullah Halimi, MD, will remain with the practice.

R. Jeffrey Taylor, IPC's President and COO, commented, "The addition of Ann Arbor Inhospital Physicians strengthens our existing Ann Arbor practice group and provides IPC Michigan with additional opportunities for growth.
