Independa closes second round of seed financing

Today Independa, Inc. ("Independa"), announced the close of its second round of seed financing from new and existing investors to accelerate the development of its technology-enabled independent living system for family caregivers. In concert with this funding round, the company is launching its company and product suite at the prestigious DEMO fall conference in Silicon Valley on September 15, 2010.
