UBM Medica presents virtual conference for radiologists, imaging professionals

UBM Medica presented "Diagnostic Imaging LIVE," a virtual conference for radiologists and imaging professionals, on September 29, 2010.  UBM Studios, a leader in virtual events and virtual business solutions, provided the 3D platform for the event.  The event is now available on demand.

Attendees have the opportunity to attend virtual sessions featuring presentations from leading radiology experts on the following topics:

  • Healthcare Reform and Fees: Where Radiology is Heading?
  • Controlling CT Radiation Dose, Greg Frieherr
  • Is Your Hospital Contract Safe?, Pat Kroken
  • Hack your PACS: Mining radiology data for business and practice improvement, Roundtable moderated by John Hayes

The event includes an Auditorium and Exhibit Hall with booths from Siemens, Peer Vue, Daylight Medical, Codonics, Avreo, Aycan Medical Systems and Night Shift Radiology. In the Networking Lounge event attendees were able to chat with peers one-on-one or in group chats.  All presentations were immediately available on demand.

The virtual event drew 1,464 registrants and 507 live attendees.
