Goodmans Law, based in Liverpool, has evolved into one of the largest specialist firms in this area of law. Goodmans Law have acted as lead solicitors in a series of high profile national cases including acting as lead solicitors in the Royal Liverpool Childrens' Litigation (Alder Hey Organ retention scandal) securing the highest negotiated settlement against the NHSLA. Goodmans Law are currently acting as lead Solicitors for over 400 women in a claim against Liverpool Womens Hospital. Goodmans Law also act for clients who have been catastrophically injured and for families who have lost loved ones.

Goodmans Law commissioned USP Creative to develop the new branding as part of an ongoing collaboration between the two Liverpool based companies. USP Creative has developed the brand collateral as well as the website and internal graphics for the company.
