Allina Hospitals, NextGen Healthcare enter partnership to foster better patient care coordination

NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Quality Systems, Inc. and a leading provider of healthcare information systems and connectivity solutions, today announced that it has partnered with Allina Hospitals & Clinics to foster better patient care coordination among physician practices of all sizes in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.

Under the agreement, Allina has secured special pricing on NextGen® Ambulatory EHR for its affiliated physicians, along with interoperability services to facilitate the exchange of clinical information between the practices and Allina's Excellian system.
