MOCON declares quarterly cash dividend

MOCON, Inc. (NASDAQ:MOCO) announced today that on February 17, 2011, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of ten cents ($0.10) per share, payable on May 20, 2011, to shareholders of record on May 6, 2011. This is a five percent increase over the previous rate of nine and one-half cents per share.

The Company has provided stockholders with quarterly dividends for the 91st consecutive quarter. Prior to the present policy of quarterly dividends, the Company had been paying dividends on a semi-annual basis since 1984.
