SHOM selects Scott & Co to audit Company's financials for past two years

Southern Home Medical Equipment, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SHOM), a Holding Company providing healthcare services, healthcare professionals and equipment to medical institutions, has selected Scott & Company (www.scottandco.com), a Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) approved accounting firm in Columbia, SC, to audit the Company's financials for the past two years and provide additional accounting services to the Company.

Jerry Overcash, Director of Southern Home Medical Equipment, states, "It is our desire to grow generically and through suitable acquisition targets. We feel that completing these audits and moving toward fully reporting status will allow us more flexibility to achieve both our short-term and long-term goals."
