Cegedim SA (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has secured a new EUR 280,000,000 5-year syndicated credit facility (the "Facility"). The Facility is split between a EUR 200,000,000 amortizing term loan and EUR 80,000,000 revolving credit facility, and will be used for general corporate purposes including the refinancing of the Company's existing credit facility agreement dated 3 May 2007 (as amended and restated from time to time). The security package of the existing financing was fully released.
Syndication was launched on April 19th, 2011 for EUR 250,000,000 and closed oversubscribed. The Facility was subsequently increased to EUR 280,000,000 and all banks have been significantly scaled-back.
