Health Endeavors launches web-based tool that tracks physician non-monetary compensation

Physician Non-Monetary Comp Tracker is a web-based program that tracks non-monetary compensation, such as events, advertising, CME programs, meals and other areas, from a hospital to a physician. The program provides an effective and economical solution for hospitals to comply with federal regulations that cap the annual amount of physician non-monetary compensation.

Recently, an Ohio hospital was fined over $31,000 to resolve a Stark Law violation over non-monetary compensation.
