Nightingale retains Questrade to provide market making services

Nightingale Informatix Corporation ("Nightingale" or the "Company") (TSXV: NGH), an application service provider (ASP) of electronic medical record (EMR) software and related services today announced that it has retained Questrade Inc. ("Questrade") to provide market making services.  The market making service will be undertaken by Questrade in compliance with the guidelines of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Under the terms of the agreement, Nightingale will pay Questrade a monthly fee of $6,500.00 for service for a period of up to twelve (12) months effective immediately. Questrade will not receive any shares, or options from Nightingale as compensation for the services it will render. Nightingale and Questrade are unrelated and unaffiliated entities, but Questrade and/or its clients have or may have a direct interest in the securities of Nightingale.
