Paragon HIS to be deployed at Comanche County Memorial Hospital

McKesson today announced that Comanche County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) in Lawton, Okla., plans to deploy the company's top-rated Paragon^® hospital information system (HIS), known for enabling a broad range of hospitals and health systems to simplify their IT environments and reduce total cost of ownership (TCO). CCMH is one of several Horizon Clinicals^® customers that have recently decided to migrate to Paragon, which offers a fully integrated clinical and financial HIS on a contemporary Microsoft platform.

CCMH's decision to move to Paragon builds upon its rich history of using technology to further patient care and automate care delivery processes throughout its hospital. An early adopter of electronic health records and advanced revenue cycle systems, the 283-bed hospital also redesigned its pharmacy operations enterprise-wide to leverage McKesson's pharmacy automation and distribution solutions.
