Pacific Prime Insurance Brokers Ltd. is pleased to announce an expanded direct settlement network in Hong Kong for Pacific Prime's customers holding an InterGlobal policy. Pacific Prime also negotiated an exclusive arrangement with InterGlobal in the Middle East to provide direct billing services for Dubai residents with an InterGlobal policy.

Hong Kong direct billing is available on all Individual nil-excess policies with the exception of In-Patient Only Standard products, and expedites healthcare services and billing in Hong Kong's premiere private medical facilities for the policyholder. The same direct billing options will be available to Groups in Hong Kong, including groups which may have a 10 – 20% co-insurance on their policies, making this product line more attractive to multinational organizations in the city.

This announcement follows InterGlobal's recent individual direct billing initiative in Dubai where policyholders are now able to enjoy direct billing at a range of specifically chosen Healthcare Clinics strategically positioned to cover all areas of the city. Pacific Prime and InterGlobal worked towards developing the direct billing facilities, in response to client demands, and have created a plan that is responsive to today's market trends and meets the demands of a growing individual client base in the UAE.

The 'Executive' range, which is the direct billing option for Dubai, offers two plans similar to the "Comprehensive" and "Plus" plans from InterGlobal's Ultracare line. However, to keep the premium as competitive as possible, there is now a "no-dental" option on the Comprehensive plan, as well as the removal of unnecessary benefits in this region (such as home nursing and hospital cash benefit) along with the introduction of a choice of outpatient copayments of nil, 10% and 20% to replace the old per-condition excess.

Commenting on InterGlobal's range of direct billing facilities, Neil Raymond, CEO of Pacific Prime, said, "The ability for Pacific Prime's InterGlobal policyholders to access expanding direct billing options will be welcomed by customers in Hong Kong and Dubai. These cities are vital financial services markets; expanding flexibility for private health insurance products for clients is proving to be an increasingly vital part of success. InterGlobal is moving in the right direction with these new facilities, and we are extremely happy to be a part of this development."
