AccentHealth, the leading patient education company at the Point-of-Care, announced today it has purchased the Asthma and Allergy waiting room television network of Caervision Corp. The new doctor office locations will become part of the AccentHealth network and will carry AccentHealth's award-winning health education programming produced by CNN.

"With the steady increase in the prevalence of allergy and asthma sufferers across the nation, the need to educate these patient populations on how to better treat and manage their condition has never been greater," said Dan Stone, CEO of AccentHealth. "This deal continues the rapid expansion of our networks and we look forward to working with our new physician office partners."

Caervision will continue to own and operate its other networks in veterinary, podiatry, chiropractic, cosmetic and dental practices.
