Gedeon Richter implements MediaSoft's innovative CRM solutions to improve customer-oriented services

As a specialty pharmaceutical company, Gedeon Richter remains focused on innovating and searching for advanced multichannel approaches through CRM. Richter moves to support S&M activities and the company searched for a state-of-the-art CRM approach that would contribute to further sophisticate customer-oriented services. Media-Soft has been chosen as the preferred partner in a global selection process and already has started to implement their innovative CRM solutions in Richter countries. 

The Richter implementation includes global S&M operations of the company and by schedule the implementation should reach its first milestone in 2015, when more than 20 countries join the new corporate CRM system.
