Advanzeon Solutions, Inc. (OTC:BB: CHCR), ("Advanzeon" or the "Company"), which provides behavioral health, substance abuse and pharmacy management services, as well as sleep apnea programs, to employers, Taft-Hartley health and welfare funds, and managed care companies throughout the U.S. is pleased to announce that it has entered into an Agreement with WLT Software Enterprises, Inc. ("WLT"). The Agreement provides, in pertinent part, that WLT will make their "MediClaims" software available to Advanzeon. The Agreement is effective immediately and implementation commenced on December 2, 2014.

Mark Heidt, President of Advanzeon Solutions, commented, "We are particularly pleased to enter into this Agreement with WLT. They are one of the nation's leading technology companies in the healthcare space. After interviewing a number of similar companies, we determined that WLT is best suited for our needs, and we could work closest with them in terms of not only the size of our projected growth, but the speed at which we expect such growth to occur. We, at Advanzeon, are confident that our relationship with WLT will be long-term and that they will be fully able to accommodate our needs for the next three years.

Mike Tuomey, Director of Business Development at WLT Software Enterprises, Inc., stated, "We, too, are excited at this new relationship with Advanzeon, believe our software is ideally suited for their needs, and their next generation of innovative healthcare programs that address behavioral health, wellness, pharmacy expenses and sleep apnea."
