Clients can blend Skillsoft content into corporate strategic learning initiatives, automate mapping of courses to learners, and track uptake within Redilearning's learning management system.

"Healthcare reform is the catalyst for the re-examination of human capital performance," offers Michael Hemlepp, CEO, Redilearning Corp. "Historically, business acumen has been assumed. It's a real opportunity for leaders to outmaneuver competitors, because in the new environment, survival is about so much more than just compliance. It's about business transformation."

With the Skillsoft partnership, senior care providers can take advantage of the same programs upon which Fortune 500 companies rely to drive performance around the globe. "When providers consume Skillsoft solutions via Redilearning, they have the ability to enhance the learning experience and support blended learning initiatives," adds Tim Hildreth, Vice President, Product Management, Skillsoft.
