MicroCare Medical, a division of MicroCare Corp., will once again be exhibiting their product range at Med-Tech Innovations Expo from 29-30 April in Coventry, UK with a number of updates to their family of medical device cleaning, coating and lubricating products.
One of the newest product updates to be exhibited is MicroCare Duraglide® dry lubricant. Offering unparalleled lubricity, the fast-drying Duraglide® fluids leave a smooth, even, slippery coating on any surface. This makes them ideal for medical devices with moving, sliding, or rotating surfaces resulting in better patient out-comes.
Also featured on the stand will be MicroCare Universal Carrier Fluid, a high-purity carrier liquid engineered for deposition of medical-grade silicone lubricants. The carrier evaporates rapidly and completely to leave a thin, uniform film of silicone lubricant on the treated article. Quick to use and with minimal hazards, it is easy to validate silicone lubricant deposition on glass, ceramic, metal and plastic surfaces. It is ideal as a drop-in replacement for flammable carrier fluids commonly used in silicone deposition on medical parts such as syringes and needles.
