I listened to the testimony and it seemed more focused on saying they (she) had not been included by management in the pre- and post-contract writing and evaluation process.  AFGE takes a "we want more union employees for more union dues, for more power to exclude vets from being hired, without considering the long-term costs for benefits, retirement, space, building costs, et. al.  Another special interest group being spun by liberal media as the heroes.  They are part of the problem.  I don't believe technical medical specialties are part of the union, so how is it her comments are associated with it?
