MCMC announces sale of MCRS program business to PCM

MCMC LLC ("MCMC") is pleased to announce the strategic sale of its Managed Care Risk Services ("MCRS") program business to Patriot Care Management, Inc. ("PCM"), an affiliate of Patriot National Insurance Group ("PNIG"). "After three successful years of MCRS program partnership with PNIG, the opportunity to reintegrate the managed care offering with PCM provided enhanced value for both respective organizations going forward" stated Michael Lindberg, CEO of MCMC.

MCMC will continue to provide medical bill review, PPO access, First Report of Injury and Case Management software services to Guarantee Insurance Company ("GIC") and Patriot Risk Services, Inc. (affiliates of PNIG), under a customized service agreement with MCRS.
