RSS adds real-time claim submission to its Remote Lite software

Renaissance Systems & Services, LLC (RSS) has added real-time claim submission to its Remote Lite software after customers overwhelmingly responded that the capability would be of tremendous value to their offices.

“Adding value for our clients has been the key to our success. That begins with listening to what is most important to them and meeting those needs,” said RSS President Erick Paul. “Dental offices have made it clear that a real-time claim – the ability to have a claim processed by the insurance company while the patient is still in the office – was the most important new feature for our clients. This allows an office to deal with coverage issues and collect the patient liability at the time of the service.”

RSS has also added R-Backup, a disaster recovery tool, providing 250MB of HIPAA-compliant storage for all their clients at no additional cost. Larger amounts of storage are available.
